How do I place my order?
Easy. Browse our tees until you find one to buy and select a size. We've included the measurements for each so you can compare our tees to ones you already have. Click 'add' and then continue shopping or, if you're all shopped out, click the shopping cart in the top right hand corner to complete your purchase. Prices include GST and shipping within Australia is FREE. Note that merchandise is only held for you once you've paid for your order. Adding an item to your cart doesn't reserve it or guarantee you'll be able to purchase it later. An item can sell-out while it's sitting in your cart.
How do I pay for my order? You can pay using a credit or debit card, or PayPal (you don't need a PayPal account).
What currency is used on the site?
All items are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
How is the price calculated for orders outside of Australia?
Your bank or card company will convert the AUD to your local currency at their exchange rate. Your credit card company may also charge additional fees for the international purchase.
Do you offer bulk shipping discounts?
Shipping is free within Australia. If you're overseas, shipping is $15 plus $6 for each additional item.
Do you accept international orders?
We do. Add an item to your cart and in the shipping section select your country from the drop-down menu.
What shipping options do you offer?
At this stage we only ship items by normal post.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to ship all orders on the day they are received but it can take a day or two. In Australia you can expect your order in about four working days, depending on Australia Post's schedule. International orders can take up to about four weeks to arrive, and is dependent on postal services and customs in the country where the parcel is being delivered.
Can I get my order gift-wrapped?
Sorry, we don't currently offer this service.
Can I add items to an order?
You'll need to place a new order for additional items. As shipping is free, at least in Australia, this means it's all good!
How do I know what size to buy?
We've provided measurements for each size in each design so you can check those measurements against tees you already own. Be aware that as the tees are all 100% cotton they may be subject to a small amount of shrinkage.
How much is shipping?
It's free within Australia. For the rest of the world, it's $15 for the first item, and $6 for additional items. If you live outside Australia you may be charged custom fees by your local customs department.
Do your prices include GST/ tax?
Sure do. The price you see is the price you pay, including shipping in Australia.
My friend bought a tee from you but I can't see it on your site. How do I get it?
Our tees are printed in limited quantities, especially the hand-dyed ones. We don't generally reprint an old design but if we get enough requests for it, we might consider it.
Why was an item removed from my shopping cart?
This happens when an item sells out while you are still completing your purchase. Adding an item to your cart doesn't reserve it for you.
How can I find out when you release new designs?
The best way is to follow us on social media. We're on Facebook and Instagram.
What is your return policy?
While we hope you love your merch, we will accept returns if you're not entirely happy. Please contact us first with your details and a description of the tee you wish to return. We'll then reply with instructions on where to send your tee, and a reference number to quote on your package. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not refund postage costs, and return postage is at your cost. All returned items must be in original, unworn and unwashed condition otherwise the return will not be accepted.
What do I do if I received a wrong or defective item?
In the unlikely event this happens, please email us and with details on why your order is wrong/defective, and we'll advise where to return your item. Please enclose your order confirmation and a receipt for the cost of returning the item to us. We will either replace your tee-shirt with the correct one (if it's in stock) or offer you a refund.
Will I be charged a customs fee on my order?
Customs fees may be charged on any orders delivered outside Australia. These fees are charged by your Government, not by us, and we have no control over these. Contact your local customs office if you'd like to get more information.
How do I care for my tee-shirt? Love your tee by looking after it. Machine wash in cold water, and be sure to wash dark colours separately as they can run. Do not bleach or dry-clean. Tumble dry on a low heat, and do not iron any print or decoration. Warm iron. Our tees are all 100% cotton so may be be subject to some minor shrinkage. Washing in cold water and hang-drying will minimise this.
