How do I place my order?
Easy. Browse the site until you find an item you wish to purchase and select the size you wish to buy. We've included the measurements for each size so you can compare our tees to ones you already have. Click 'add' and then continue shopping or, if you're all shopped out, click the shopping cart in the top right hand corner to complete your purchase.

At the next screen you'll choose your country, then click 'checkout' which will then take you to PayPal so you can pay for your purchase. Postage (and GST if you're in Australia) is calculated automatically for you. And no, you don't need to be PayPal customer to buy from our shop. You can pay by credit card as well.

Note: Merchandise is only held for you once you've paid for your order. Adding an item to your cart doesn't reserve it for you or guarantee that you'll be able to purchase it at a later date. An item can sell-out while it's sitting in your cart.

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay through your PayPal account or using a credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to buy from the Sneaky shop.

What currency is used on the site?
All merchandise is priced in Australian dollars. To convert the price to your approximate local currency, visit XE.com.

How is the price calculated for orders outside of Australia?
All prices in our shop are in Australian dollars (AUD). When you place your order you'll see a total in AUD. If you pay by credit card, your card company will convert the AUD total to your local currency at the exchange rate that applies when your order is processed. Your credit card company may also charge additional fees for the international purchase - contact them direct for more information on this.

Do you offer bulk shipping discounts?
Yes. If you buy more than one item, shipping per item is only $5 each. We don't charge shipping for items being sent to Australian addresses.

Do you accept international orders?
We sure do - and to virtually every country in the world. Add an item to your cart and in the shipping section select your country from the drop-down menu.

What shipping options do you offer?
At this stage we only ship items by normal post.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to ship all orders on the day they are received but it can take a day or two.

In Australia you can expect your order in about four working days.

International orders can take up to about four weeks to arrive, and is dependent on postal services and customs in the country where the parcel is being delivered.

Can I get my order gift-wrapped?
Sorry, we don't currently offer this service.

Can I add items to an order?
Unfortunately you'll have to place a new order for any additional items you wish to buy.

How much will shipping cost?
AUSTRALIA
Shipping in Australia is totally free.

WORLD OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
If you live outside Australia the shipping costs $10 for the first tee, then $5 for each additional tee.

If you live outside Australia you may get charged custom fees. These will be charged by your local Customs department - contact them for more information.

Do your prices include tax?
GST of 10% is added at the checkout for Australian orders only.

My friend bought a tee from you but I can't see it on your site. How do I get it?
Our tees are printed in limited quantities as we're continually producing new designs. We don't generally reprint an old design but if we get enough requests for it, we might consider it.

Why was an item removed from my shopping cart?
This happens when an item sells out while you are still completing your purchase. Adding an item to your cart doesn't save it for you.

How can I found out when you release new designs?
The best way is to follow us on social media. We're on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

How do I know what size to buy?
We've provided measurements for each size in each design so you can check those sizes against tees you already own to ensure you buy the right size. Note the measurements supplied are of the t-shirt, not your body size!

The measurements are supplied in both centimeters and inches, and are taken as follows:
Shoulder-to-shoulder: measured straight across from the corner of each shoulder seam.
Shoulder to bottom: measured from the outer shoulder corner straight to the bottom of the tee.
U/Arm: distance around the tee and the armpit seam.

Be aware that as the tees are 100% cotton they are subject to a small amount of shrinkage. Check out the FAQ on tee-shirt care for how to care for you Sneaky tee.

What is your return policy?
While we hope you love your Sneaky merchandise, we will accept returns if you're not entirely happy. Please contact us first with your details and a description of the tee you wish to return. We'll then reply with instructions on where to send your tee, and a reference number to quote on your package. Returns must be requested within 60 days of placing your order. We do not refund postage costs, and return postage is at your cost.

All return items must be in original, unworn and unwashed condition otherwise the return will not be accepted.

What do I do if I received a wrong or defective item?
In the unlikely event this happens to you, please email us and with details on why your order is wrong/defective, and we'll advise you where to return your item. Please enclose the original shipping document and a receipt for the cost of returning the postage to us. We will either replace your tee-shirt with the correct one (if it's in stock) or offer you a refund.

Please note tees must be returned in their original, unworn and unwashed condition.

Will I be charged a customs fee on my order?
Customs fees may be charged on any international order. These fees are charged by your Government, not by the Sneaky shop, and we have no control over these. Unfortunately they're a necessary evil of shopping internationally. Contact your local customs office if you'd like to find out if you'll be charged customs fees on your order.

How do I care for my tee-shirt?
Love your tee by looking after it. Machine wash in cold water, and be sure to wash dark colours separately as they can run. Do not bleach or dry-clean. Tumble dry on a low heat, and do not iron any print or decoration on the tees. Warm iron.

Our tees are all 100% cotton so expect some shrinkage. Washing in cold water and hang-drying will minimise this.
